Cultivated ringworm

The color intensity decreases with the aging of the ringworm. Initially gray, then they darken and turn purple. Massive shaft, height 8…15 cm. White flesh, firm, with a pleasant and mild flavor. Dark brown spore discharge.
The best substrate for cultivating ringworm is straw of all types of cereals, and above all the straw of rye and winter wheat.
The cultivar ringworm is suitable for outdoor cultivation (plot, home gardens, gazebos, balcony boxes) from early spring to late fall, and indoors (cellars, as well as apartments) for the rest of the year. It can even be grown in a foil bag or a large pot.
Wild ringlets: verdigris, scaly and semicircular – uneatable.
