Red fescue – The ryegrass persisted

Red fescue – fescue rubra. Very serpentine species, widely regarded as the best for dry and not very fertile soils. It is the basic type of grass used in sports fields. Red fescue is one of the most durable species, it is drought resistant, frosts, trampling and shading It has a nice vivid green color.
Currently, two subspecies of red fescue are very common: runner (F. rubra ssp. rubra, formerly F. r. genuine), characterized by numerous delicate runners, and tuft (F. rubra ssp. switched, formerly F.r. deceptive), not creating runners.

The ryegrass persisted (English ryegrass) — A perennial lily. It is a grass that requires fertile and moist soil, as well as careful care. In worse conditions, neglected, it dies after a few or even two years. Mowing it when it is lined is the cause of severe weakness. Perennial ryegrass is characterized by exceptionally fast growth and a beautiful green color. It is bright green in winter in a mild climate. It perfectly grows back after mowing, endures trampling. It is unstable in urban conditions. In mixtures with less developing species, this grass plays a protective role in the first year (caring).
