Who of us still has space for an additional guest room? Anyone can have! And it's inside your own wardrobe. The best part about it is, that it only takes up half a square meter of our living space - only then, of course, when no one is using it. To fix the bed to the wall, all you need is a metal chain and a hook, which screws into the wall at a height of approx 2 meters. One end of the chain is attached to it, the bed is placed vertically, and the other end is passed through the truss of the bed and is also pinned to a hook. This way the bed is secured and is always at hand, when one of the guests stays with us overnight. The mattress and bedding will not slip off when you put the bed upright, if the whole thing is attached to the frame with hooks on rubber cords.
SEWING TABLE
The system that allows you to lower the table is a DIY task. When folded, the furniture only takes up 30 cm from the entire depth of the wardrobe. There is still room for a sewing machine and a folding chair, which can be hung above the table on the wall. The shorter side of the drop-down top is attached to the wall with metal angles and a hinge. The table legs are screwed to the elements made of MDF (on the right), which, when unfolding the furniture, slides tightly onto the lowered worktop on both sides. The fastening elements consist of three pieces of MDF board with dimensions glued together: 2 pcs. 8 x 20 i 1 pcs. 8 x 8.
If someone does not have enough space for a real wardrobe for clothes, should be content with a "textile wardrobe" of height 172 cm. Its frames are made of varnished metal tubes covered with white nylon. A dressing room with the dimensions of the base 48 x 62 cm can be purchased with four insertable shelves or with a clothes rod. Thanks to equipping it with rollers, a movable piece of furniture was created, Perfectly fulfilling the role of an independent element of interior equipment.
