Wild strawberry
creeping perennial. Trifoliate leaves. It blooms in May and June. White flowers. It can bear fruit again in the fall. Fruit – a collection of numerous dry fruits with an achenes structure – similar to garden strawberries and wild strawberries, but much smaller, with a wonderful aroma, it meets from June to October (water, but after dew or in the evening; harvested at noon withers quickly). In Poland, it grows in forests, on the frameworks, in the lowlands and in the mountains, all the way to the land of mountain pine. The richest areas in the north-eastern and central part of the country and in Podkarpacie.
